On the 3rd Saturday of each month,
the U.S. Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team Los Angeles and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary join to open Point Hueneme Lighthouse for visitors.

Point Hueneme is an Art Moderne
style Lighthouse from the 1940's.
It is one-of-a-kind to
California and houses an
1897 Fresnel Lens which
is still an active
aid to navigation.
